What to Expect:
Pampering and Play: Like a slumber party, we're all going to play with skincare, I'll give everyone hands on reiki and we'll do a little massage.
Reflection and Insight: Embrace spacious moments to go inward and explore the energy of love. Celebrate yourself as you are in the moment. Pause to reflect on what what you love about the year that just passed. Treasure the gifts your life has to offer you in this moment. Find joy in your journey.
Gentle Movement: Uplift your physical energy with gentle movement that honors your body and spirit.
Connection and Meditation: Connect deeply with yourself and fellow heart-centered women. Relax deeply with guided meditation. Let the collective energy of the group enhance your sense of inner peace.
Nourishing Lunch: Delight in a healthy, light meal
