• During this beautiful women's retreat, we will explore how to flow with the buzz of second summer and get curious about the energies that are unfolding in September, drawing from profound wisdom traditions around the world. When we align with the richness of the time of year, we have the wind at our back, and inner-discovery and change unfold within us with more grace and ease.
  Alongside this soulful journey, we'll indulge in nourishing skincare, where I will guide you through a multi-step, professional-grade facial. During our time together, you'll enjoy a peaceful meditative nap enhanced with Reiki energy and a mini facial massage, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. The day includes a lovely lunch, gentle movement exercises to energize and detoxify, and you’ll take home a gift bag with all sorts of wonderful skincare goodies.
